In business, you should always be looking for ways to save time and make your day-to-day easier. A super simple way to do that is by using a scheduling app for your appointments. No matter what your business I bet you are scheduling at least a few appointments a month.
Trying to schedule appointments manually is the BIGGEST waste of time. Whether it’s a coffee chat, potential client, or vendor, scheduling meetings with back and forth, emails IS such a colossal waste of time.

Finally have a time but didn’t ask how you will reach it other. AND then you forget to pop it in your calendar!
Ok, hopefully, you would remember to ask how to connect and timezone in the first email BUT you might not. And hopefully, you will remember to put it in your calendar. But you might not!
