The 3-Month Masterplan

The 3-Month Masterplan

Your roadmap to your best quarter ever – every quarter.

Of the thousands of tasks you could choose to work on each day, are you focused on the most important ones?

Are you making steady progress on your yearly objectives

Do you take clear and consistent action toward your goals every day?

If your answer to any of these questions is ‘no’, you’re in good company. While we’re all really good at the service that we offer, most of us have never really learned how to think and work like a CEO – which is what we need to continually uplevel our businesses.

CEOs understand the concept of priorities – and how important it is to focus on what is most important to you and your business. We can’t get everything done each day, but we can get the most important things done.

This is where the Three Month Masterplan comes in. In this program, we’ll identify your business goals and work together to develop a detailed action plan to move you toward them. We’ll look at where your time is currently going, and how to best direct it toward your priorities. Weekly accountability check-ins will ensure that you are consistently focused and moving closer to your goals, rather than ignoring them and getting lost in the day-to-day of your business.

Here’s how it works:

[One Time] Smooth Operations Audit to get your business systems working for you and your goals
[Every 90-Days] A 75-minute to establish a 90-Day plan
[Every 90-Days] Your 90-Day plan, created and delivered in the project management tool of your choice
[Every 90-Days] Key metrics for you to track based on your 90-day and overall business goals
[Every Week] Weekly accountability check-ins in via your project plan
[Every Month] 30-minute check-in meeting to update your plan, and provide accountability (1 per month)

You can make your business dreams a reality.
And by consistently taking action steps your vision, you will.

First 3-Months: $1,900
Includes the Smooth Operations Audit a strategic audit of your business operations, a 75-minute planning meeting, a 90-Days project plan, key metrics to be tracking in service of your business goals, weekly accountability check-ins, three (monthly) 30-minute check-ins

Subsequent 3-Months: $750
Includes a 75-minute planning meeting, a 90-Day project plan, weekly accountability check-ins via the project plan, and three (monthly) 30-minute check-in meetings

Not long ago, I would start each work day focused on urgent project tasks and emails, often wasting time doing the same things over and over again, and feeling paralyzed by overwhelm. Now, I get things done in advance, have processes that save me time, and know that smart systems are the key to a fast-growing, efficient business (and a relaxed business owner!). My business today is a much more effective and efficient one, and I can’t recommend working with Mariah enough!
